If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. If you happen to receive defective products or incorrect items, refund or exchange is applicable with terms and conditions. 

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Only for defective and/or incorrect items, size exchange and other reasons are not entitled for refund and exchange policy.
  • Strictly no refund and exchange for Clearance Item. 
  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Any request filled after 7days time frame will not be entertained. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with intact label tag.
  • You can either choose to return the items with refund credit points or exchange with other same price items.

  • Kindly include below information in your refund/exchange request:
    1. Defective/Incorrect Item(s)
    2. Detailed description of defective/incorrect item(s)
    3. Supporting images of defective/incorrect item(s)
    4. Receipt/ proof of purchase
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • For exchange request, if particular item has ran out, a credit point refund will be carried out accordingly.

What happens after that?

Once we have received the parcel and processed your return order, you will receive an update from us.

  • For exchange: your product(s) will be shipped out to the mailing address provided and you'll receive a dispatch msg with tracking number. The delivery fee will be borne by us.
  • For refund: the full price (after the deduction of discount amount from the usage of promo code(s), if any) of the defective/incorrect item(s) will be credited back to your FLOE member account within 5-7 working days.

What would NOT be considered as defective item(s)?

  • Colour discrepancy: please allow up to 20% colour variation of the actual product from our product image - it may appear lighter/darker due to devices' display screen resolution, lighting, filters & colour grading
  • Minor imperfections: loose threads, creases, etc.
  • Self-inflicted damage: cut to the product(s)
  • Slight differences on measurements: do allow ±3cm variation in measurements of actual product and our sizing chart
  • Purchase wrong sizing: Size exchanges are not allowed as measurements are clearly stated in the sizing chart found in each product page.
